Our Story
Every great journey begins with love. My passion for animals started long before GroomUp ever existed. Since I was a little girl, I've always believed pets deserve to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect.
In 2025, I decided to turn that lifelong passion into a profession. I enrolled in professional grooming school and quickly realized that grooming is about so much more than appearance. It's about building trust, understanding each pet's personality, and creating an experience where they feel safe and comfortable.
From day one, my goal has never been to groom as many dogs as possible. My priority is to care for one pet at a time, giving each dog the time, patience, and individual attention they deserve. There is no rushing through appointments every pet is treated with compassion, gentle handling, and respect for their own pace.
In 2026, I traveled to Brazil to complete an advanced grooming specialization, and I continue expanding my knowledge through online education and hands on training. I truly believe that great grooming is a journey of continuous learning.
Because every pet deserves more than a grooming appointment they deserve to be cared for with love, patience, and excellence.
